We want you to be fully satisfied with your official U.S. Soccer gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original, unworn condition. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, securely seal the box, and affix the printed prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
